    More than $3800 was raised on Thursday evening as the 2010 Relay for Life event in Candler County kicked off with the annual Chili Cook-off.
    “Celebrating a World with More Birthdays ... Candler County is making it happen” is the theme for this year’s event, which is scheduled for March 26-27.
