Next week the Tigers will travel to Millen to take on the Jenkins County War Eagles. The War Eagles will come into the game at 0-1 following a season opening loss to Windsor Forest on August 23rd and an open week last Friday.

Last season Metter defeated Jenkins County 21-14 on the shoulders of a 3 touchdown performance by Ahmod Collins. Collins and the Tigers will look to continue the great rushing attack on offense, and look for continued dominance from the defense, especially the very stiff rushing defense.

The Tigers will need to continue the turnover free play from last week, but must clean up the penalties. It will also be important for special teams to become a factor going forward. Kickoff is set for 7:30.
