During their 2020 Chamber Membership Renewal Season, Metter-Candler Chamber of Commerce has added levels of support for new and continuing chamber members - “Platinum Investor,” “Gold Investor” and “Silver Investor.” Additionally, the “Chamber Champion” level is still offered.

“We believe these levels of membership investment will provide superior value and recognition of support and we would encourage you to consider it,” said Chamber Chair Jason Grimes of the new membership opportunities.

Chamber level investors have the option to pay their membership in full or through quarterly billing.

Grimes reminded businesses and individuals, “You do not have to become a level investor to be a Chamber member. You can still choose to invest through the number of employees you have.”

All Chamber membership investments must be made by July 31 to be included in the 2020-2021 Candler County Magazine and Chamber Business Directory and to be an active member of Metter-Candler Chamber of Commerce.

“The Chamber and our community are continuing to grow during this unusual time,” Grimes said. “Our goal is to ensure that we are doing all that we can to help our members and community prosper in this changing environment. Our team has been working non-stop behind the scenes to provide our members and community with resources and information to help navigate and ultimately survive this crisis.

“As a Chamber member, you are part of a community effort to grow leaders, inform and impact the business community and provide quality community events to our citizens and businesses. We cannot do this without you, which is why your investment in the Chamber is so important to our community.”

This year, the Chamber has offered $43,000 in Small Business COVID Relief Grants. “And now,” said Chamber Executive Director Victoria Gaitten, “we are partnering with new eateries and new businesses as they plan their grand openings! Even with the challenges we currently face, it’s an exciting time for our Chamber and for our local businesses.”
